Historical Archives of the European Union will host an Open Day on Saturday 7 May 2016, from 10.00 to 17.30, at Villa Salviati, Florence.
Villa Salviati is accessible to pedestrians only, from the gates at Via Bolognese 156 and Via Faentina 261. Participation in the Open Day is free.
It will be a day of art, books, music and circus shows for young and old to enjoy together in the name of a united Europe.

The Scuola Circo en Piste, composed by jugglers, tightrope walkers and acrobats welcomes the public on its colorful tracks and involves everyone teaching them the basics of various circus disciplines.

Knee pads, a helmet, glasses and a cloak are the Superheroes array. Who will show their superpowers?
With costumes that will certainly not go unnoticed, the two heroes find themselves struggling with electronic gadgets, old toys, handicraft technologies, absurd means of transport and a sea of lights, in a special training that will test their super powers.
You will witness jugglers and equilibrists’ performances alternating gags of unlikely contortion and roaring rockets flying over the audience hung on radio-controlled helicopters.
All seasoned and filled with a rampant craziness.

Keys, hearts and antiquarians: The new 2016 cabaret!
The young artists of the Scuola Circo en Piste will make us travel in the memories of a janitor with a big heart who thanks to his set of keys will open a magic door to transport the audience from school desks to the circus ring stirring skilfull juggling, acrobatics and stunts!
