Nicklas Lundblad is Senior Director for Public Policy and Government Relations for Europe and the EU at Google. He is adjunct professor of innovation at the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm and is a member of the Royal Academy of Engineering Sciences in Sweden, an Eisenhower Fellow and has served on several different boards, including the e-Europe Advisory Group under then ICT-commissioner Viviane Reding. He is the author of several books on the Internet and society and is a columnist for the newspaper Svenska Dagbladet and Computer Sweden. He holds a PhD in informatics. His research interests range from the philosophy of questions, artificial intelligence and semiotics to legal philosophy and public policy analysis.
