Elisabeth Guigou
Élisabeth Guigou is the President of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the French National Assembly. She is the former French Minister of European Affairs (1991-1992), of Justice (1997-2000) and of Employment and Solidarity (2000-2002). Elisabeth Guigou is a founder of Europartenaires, a group linking business interests with the EU. Her recent publications include Rallumer les étoiles (2006) and Pour une Europe juste (2011). She completed her studies at the École Nationale d’Administration.
